What happens to the details you send us through this website.
themicrotech.net is the website of MicroTech, an IT company and official Odoo partner in Homs, Syria. This page explains which personal details the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with them.
What we collect
- When you book a consultation, send a message or apply for a job: your name, phone number and, if you give them, your email, company, industry, company size, the service you are interested in, your message and a link to your CV.
- When you open a support ticket: your name, phone number, email and company if given, the subject and the messages you write on the ticket.
- With each request: the page it was sent from and how you reached the site (for example a search engine, a social network or a campaign link).
Why we use it
Only to answer your request: to call or message you back, prepare an offer, handle your support ticket or review your job application. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Who sees it
Our team, in the website's management system. When a new request or ticket arrives, a short alert with its details is sent to our team on Telegram. When we answer a ticket, we may tell you on WhatsApp.
Visit statistics
We count which pages are visited and where visits come from, without cookies and without storing your IP address or any device ID. The source of your visit is remembered in your browser tab only until you close it. We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
Technical information
Our servers and our security provider (Cloudflare) process technical information such as your IP address and the time of your visit, only to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you and to keep a record of our work together. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
